Saying this, if at any time you are not completely satisfied, we are here to attentively listen to any concerns and make it right for you. 

Miss Sea Moss does not offer refunds for our Sea Moss products but we firmly stand behind the quality of our sea moss products. We want you to always receive the best products and have an amazing experience that comes with being a part of the Mossy family. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange for an alternative product of equal or lesser value. 

You must contact us at 727-SEA-MOSS or email us at support @missseamoss.com within 3 days of receiving your Sea Moss product to be eligible for an exchange. The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
